
I found writing things out helps unclutter my brain. So many ideas, tasks, and wants flit around in my head and they usually get lost or repressed.
I've been thinking this year I want to be more graceful, organized and productive. I want my home to be a place that lifts my spirits when i walk in. My hubby is tired of the unkept house look and since he pays all of the bills, it should be my pleasure to beautify and keep the house up. I'm doing much better than I used to but there is definitely room for improvement.
I also will be cutting my onine time in half to spend that time in the same room as hubby. When the computer upstairs was out, I spent a lot of time in the same room with hubby and it felt wonderful. Then I fell back into the same old routine of hours online when my computer was fixed. Why do we do things that we know is not adding to our wellbeing. People smoke, eat junk, waste time, procrastinate knowing full well the results are harmful.
